Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. The information collected through these cookies is not used to identify individuals and is not combined with the data submitted through the forms.

As of the publication of this Policy, the site does not use advertising or social media cookies for targeting or remarketing purposes.
If they are added in the future, this Policy will be updated and users’ consent will be requested again before they are activated.
4. External services that do not set cookies on this site
- WhatsApp button. It is a direct link to the WhatsApp app or website. It does not set cookies on this site. Once the user leaves the site to start the conversation, Meta Platforms, Inc.’s policies apply.
- Social media links. The links to Vista de Oro’s Facebook and Instagram accounts are simple links. They do not set cookies on this site. When followed, Meta Platforms, Inc.’s policies apply.
5. International transfer
The providers of the services mentioned may store or process information on servers located outside Costa Rica, mainly in the United States of America. Accepting analytics cookies implies consent to that transfer, under article 14 of Law No. 8968.
6. How to change or withdraw consent
From the site: through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, which lets you change your choice at any time.
From your browser: most browsers let you block or delete cookies from their settings. The procedure varies by browser and version and can be found in each browser’s help section.
Withdrawing consent has no retroactive effect on information already collected, whose processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

This Policy may be modified in response to regulatory or technical changes, or when new tools are added. The current version is the one published on the site, with its effective date.
